Young-mi Cho is the Executive Director of the Korean Women’s Movement for Peace, and the National organizer of ‘Korea Peace Now!’, a global campaign to educate, organize and advocate for a Korea peace agreement by 2020. Young-mi lectures at the Department of Social Welfare and is a researcher at the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Group at Chung-Ang University in Seoul, South Korea.
Young-mi is an expert in conflict resolution and relationship-building with government, civil society, and other organizations. She was an advisory committee member of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in the Republic of Korea.
